Tori Makela, Director, Training Services

Tori brings more than 15 years of Retail Training and Development experience to Monarch Leadership. She has worked in the field as a Store Manager, in the Corporate Buying Office, and has done training consulting for retailers throughout the United States. Tori has had the opportunity to work with retailers industry-wide: Department Stores: Marshall Field's and Belk; Specialty Stores: Kid's Footlocker, Gander Mountain, Office Depot, Circuit City, Do It Best, Ace Hardware, Toys "R" Us, and Dick's Sporting Goods; Grocery Stores: Super Valu and Giant Eagle; Mass Merchants: Target. Tori received her BA degree in Business Management, with a concentration in Organizational Leadership, from the College of Saint Benedict/Saint John's University.
